Terms & Conditions

Enrolment, fee, trainer, certification and refund terms that apply to every FutureGen Technologies programme.

1. Acceptance of terms

By enrolling in any FutureGen Technologies programme, attending a demo class, downloading course material or submitting an enquiry on this website, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Admission and enrolment

  • A seat is confirmed only after the registration or first fee instalment is received and the student's details are recorded with the admissions team.
  • Batches start subject to a minimum group size. If a batch is deferred, students are offered the next available batch or an alternate slot.
  • Students must provide accurate personal and academic details. Certificates are issued in the name recorded at the time of admission.

3. Fees and payments

  • Fees quoted are for the specific course and batch mentioned at the time of admission and may be revised for future batches.
  • Instalment plans, when offered, must be paid on the agreed dates. Access to classes, recordings and material may be paused if instalments are overdue.
  • Discounts, spin-wheel offers and scholarship codes are valid only for the admission cycle mentioned, cannot be clubbed with other offers, and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are charged as per prevailing government rates.

4. Trainers and batch schedule

Training is delivered by qualified industry trainers assigned by the institute. Trainers may be changed during the course duration due to scheduling, availability, internal allocation or operational reasons. The institute reserves the right to assign a replacement trainer of equivalent competence at any point in the programme, and such a change is not a ground for refund, discount or claim.

Class timings, batch slots, session sequence and delivery mode (classroom or online) may also be rescheduled where necessary. Students are informed in advance of any such change.

5. Course content and certification

  • Curriculum, tools, projects and software versions are periodically updated to match industry requirements, and may differ slightly from published brochures or downloaded syllabus PDFs.
  • Course completion and internship certificates are issued only to students who complete the required attendance, assignments and project work.
  • Placement assistance, resume preparation, mock interviews and interview referrals are support services. The institute does not guarantee employment or a specific salary package.

6. Student conduct

  • Recordings, notes, eBooks, project files and any other material shared by the institute are for personal learning only and must not be copied, resold, uploaded or shared publicly.
  • Misconduct, disruption of classes, or misuse of institute property or material may lead to termination of enrolment without refund.

7. Refund policy

A refund is applicable only if FutureGen Technologies fails to provide the classes for the enrolled course. In all other cases, fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

  • Refund applicable: the institute cancels the programme, or is unable to deliver the classes committed for the enrolled course and no suitable alternate batch, schedule or mode is accepted by the student. In such a case, the fee for the undelivered portion is refunded.
  • Refund not applicable: the student discontinues, drops out, remains absent, loses interest, changes career plans, relocates, faces personal or job commitments, or is dissatisfied for reasons other than non-delivery of classes.
  • Refund not applicable: change of trainer during the course, change of batch timing, change of delivery mode, or updates to curriculum content.
  • Refund not applicable: failure to attend classes, failure to complete assignments or projects, or non-issue of certificate due to shortfall in attendance.
  • Refund not applicable: outcome of placement assistance, interview results, or non-receipt of a job offer.
  • Registration and admission charges, payment gateway charges and the cost of any material, software licence or kit already issued are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 21 working days of approval, after deduction of applicable charges.
  • Course transfers to another batch or another person are at the sole discretion of the institute and are not a substitute for a refund claim.

8. Limitation of liability

The institute is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the training, or for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control such as internet outages, natural events, strikes or government restrictions. In such situations, sessions are rescheduled rather than refunded.

9. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, logos, images, portfolio and gallery material on this website belong to FutureGen Technologies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the institute is registered.
